At Noted Aromas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new signature scent. If a fragrance isn't the perfect match, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Fragrance
Carefully place the perfume bottle in its original presentation box and secure it within a protective shipping carton to prevent transit damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new scent choice within 5 business days.
